Oracle partner expands CRM line

Oracle business partner NetLedger said Monday that it plans to introduce a new customer relationship management (CRM) suite in October as part of its growing set of hosted business applications.

NetLedger develops and hosts business applications, which Oracle markets as the Oracle Small Business Suite. The product, NetCRM, will expand the hosted CRM applications that Oracle sells. NetCRM will include order processing, marketing and customer support. It will cost $600 per user annually. NetLedger competes with and UpShot in the hosted CRM software market.
