Open Text Starts Up Net Traffic Reports

Open Text Corporation and BRP Publications have joined together to create an information source called WebPulse, The Internet Traffic Report, designed for Netheads who are curious about what people are searching for on the Web.

The report lists the top three keyword searches and sites visited daily. WebPulse tracks keywords having to do with companies, technology, people, and topics. It tracks such specific keywords because the most-requested keywords are often sex-related, according to company officials.

A recent listing reported that Internet was number 15 on the keyword list and The Long Grove Pine Cone Christmas Shop was number 34 on the site list.
