Increased .Mac spam Several users have noted a marked increase in the amount of spam coming into their .Mac mail accounts over the past 48 hours.

There is also an Apple Discussions thread started late last night with an increasing number of users who are reporting a significantly larger than average amount of spam recently.

Apple asks that you forward spam received at a .mac account to spam@mac.com for review and possible updating of the spam filters.

Terms of service for iTunes music store differ between countries As noted below in the New and Noteworthy section, Apple has launched its European iTunes music store. Simultaneously, the company has posted a new Knowledge Base article detailing differences in the TOS (terms of service) for each country.
