NY Times Unveils Health News Web Site

A new Web site devoted to international health and medical news called Your Health Daily was launched today by the New York Times Syndicate.

The advertiser-supported site's services, including health news, features, and discussion groups, are being offered free in the initial phase. You can view current news stories or choose from a selection of common health-care topics such as AIDS, cancer, pregnancy, and smoking to access articles in the site's archives.

Your Health Daily provides links to key health and medical sites around the world including the American Medical Association, the British Medical Journal, and the National Institutes of Health.

The World Health Organization and the Canadian Health Network also provide links to a number of health-related sites.
