Subscribers to mZone, NTT DoCoMo's wireless hot-spot service, could soon be surfing the Net at 30,000 feet. The Japanese cell phone carrier has begun talks with Connexion by Boeing, the aircraft maker's division that sells in-flight Wi-Fi Internet access, an NTT DoCoMo spokeswoman said. Details of when in-flight Net access debuts are still to be worked out, she said.

Similar in-flight services also will be available this year on Lufthansa and Korean Air this year.
