Though news from the Nokia World Conference is centering on high-end devices like the N97 Mini and X6 and X3 music phones, Nokia also announced a new affordable handset for AT&T.

The Nokia Mural features a slim flip-phone design with interchangeable covers in blue, red, green, orange, purple, and pink. Apparently, the covers light up when you open and close the phone and when you receive a call or message.

Features are mostly standard. You'll find a 2-megapixel camera, a microSD card slot, Bluetooth, a speakerphone, messaging, and a personal organizer. As the Mural is a 3G device, it also supports AT&T Mobile Music, AT&T Navigator and AT&T Video Share.

The Mural costs $49.99 with a two-year contract and a $50 mail-in rebate.
