Star Wars: Battlefront is easily one of the most anticipated video games of the year, and a new live-action trailer for the game released on Monday shows just how strong the Force is going to be with this one.

In the first half of the two-minute-long trailer, people are literally disappearing into the ground, leaving nothing but a trail of clothes, books and skateboards behind as familiar Star Wars theme music plays in the background.

After dozens of folks vanish out of thin air, the trailer reveals "Up in the Air," "Twilight" and "Pitch Perfect" actress Anna Kendrick who, after apparently realizing her kitchen knife could actually be a lightsaber, delivers Obi-Wan Kenobi's classic "Star Wars: A New Hope" line: "If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine."

The trailer then implies that Kendrick, as well as all of the earlier disappearing people, re-appear as part of the galactic battles that will be center stage of the upcoming game as it cuts to incredible-looking game footage.

Rebel soldiers, Stormtroopers, the Millennium Falcon and Darth Vader are among the highlights of the battles that await players upon the game's launch.

Star Wars: Battlefront will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PCs on November 17 in the US, and November 19 in the UK and Australia.
