A Wired journalist got a behind-the-scenes look at Magic Leap's current prototype, and now, we're all trying to read between the lines to figure out what's really going on with the top secret device.

We're also impressed with Rice University and its recent discovery of self-assembling carbon nanotubes. It's still in its early stages, but there's potential for far-reaching applications in the future.
