Guardian Digital has released a new $29.95 product called EnGarde Linux that couples the Linux operating system with software for setting up e-commerce sites. The product is designed to resist attacks and protect data. The product is equipped to handle e-mail, database needs and Web hosting, the company said. It uses the AllCommerce software, the open-source product formerly at the heart of e-commerce company Zelerate.
