Netflix sues Blockbuster for patent infringement

Wow, it's not often that the technology company sues the established brick-and-mortar guys. But in this case, , suing for patent infringement over Blockbuster's online rental services. And what does Netflix want? Nothing less than the shutdown of Blockbuster's service--oh, and damages, of course. Presumably this lawsuit means that more than four or five people have actually started using the Blockbuster service.
