You won't need to be online anymore to Netflix and chill. It's full stream ahead as the service announced on Wednesday users on the mobile app can download flicks and shows in advance, but not every show and movie will be available.

We chat about how this feature has been a long time coming for the streaming giant, and what shows we're looking forward to watching offline. Also, we discuss Facebook's new arcade feature, along with a digital pill you could soon take to make flights easier -- and creepier.

The 3:59 gives you bite-size news and analysis about the top stories of the day, brought to you by the CNET News team in New York and producer Bryan VanGelder.

Check out the extended shows on YouTube.
