Net2Phone spinoff offers network tools

Net2Phone spinoff Adir Technologies has released a package of software for telecommunications service providers to build Internet-based voice networks. The software suite, called Voxis, is the first release by the 1-year-old company and allows service providers to monitor and manage their networks and ensure good quality of service, the company said Wednesday. Adir, which has a minority investment from Cisco Systems, said the new software is compatible with Cisco's networking equipment.
