MS Works memory glitch

MS Works memory glitch

CNET staff
With MS Works 4.0c open (and running Mac OS 7.6), Fred Brock was surprised to find that the RAM Doubler 2 control panel listed the "Memory Reclaimed by RAM Doubler" as -42,674 K (yes, that's a negative number).

Update: Fred has now determined that this problem is primarily due to MS Works (particularly the Microsoft Ole extension and the Microsoft Ole Library), not RAM Doubler 2. It can happen even with Apple's virtual memory.
