The Keyflow software works exclusively with Exchange Server to automate business processes such as purchase ordering, underwriting, loan making, case management, and other tasks.
Keyflow integrates with Exchange's Compose menu and uses the groupware's address books and public folders so that users can set up workflow routes. That way a document or transaction--including ActiveX objects--travels from person to person in an organization, automating the approval processes on intranet and Internet applications.
The workflow reports can then be exported to programs such as Microsoft Excel and Access.
