Compaq Computer has named Sanford Litvack to its board of directors, the Houston PC maker said Friday. Litvack, 64, is a former vice chairman of Walt Disney's board. He joined Disney in 1991 as the company's top lawyer and led Disney's acquisition of Capital Cities/ABC. He also was in charge of the Justice Department's antitrust division during the Carter administration.
