Mortal Kombat X trailers shows Tanya's disregard for bone integrity

New character Tanya revels in bodily breakages and organ crushing.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has revealed release details for new Mortal Kombat X DLC character Tanya, as well as a new trailer for her.

Tanya will be available as part of the Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack, which is a season pass that provides early access to four new characters and skin packs. The characters included are Jason Voorhees (check him out here), Predator, Tanya and Tremor. The Samurai Pack is also included.

Thus far Goro and Jason Voorhees have been released, with Tanya expected on June 2 for Kombat Pack owners, and June 9 for everyone else.

Tanya can be purchased from the PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, and on Steam for $7.99 (£6.49) with the first Klassic costume.

The character can be acquired on her own (sans the Klassic costume pack) for $3.99 (£3.29). Finally, the Klassic costume pack on its own can be purchased for $3.99 (£3.29).

If you want to try playing as Tanya without paying, you can wait for her to show up in a challenge tower, as was recently the case with Jason. See the character in action in the video below.
