Monet gets investment

Qualcomm and LG Electronics are among the companies that have invested $32 million into Seattle-based Monet Mobile Network, a small wireless telephone service company. In October, Monet began offering service from a next-generation, high-speed phone network it built in Sioux Falls, S.D. Monet plans to expand into additional markets, including Minnesota, the company said Wednesday.
