Microsoft on Tuesday lowered the price of its Xbox One once again to $279.
The new discount is effective on all 500GB bundles, which all come with a controller and at least one game. Microsoft also dropped the price of 1TB Xbox One consoles to $299. The discounts are available in the US for a "limited time," said a Microsoft spokeswoman.
The discounts come a day after Microsoft unveiled the Xbox One S at E3 2016. The next-generation console will be 40 percent slimmer than the current Xbox One, have up to 2TB of storage and be able to stream 4K content. The console is currently available for preorder at $399 and is set to be released in August.
