A judge has agreed to from performing any duties at Google similar to those he used to do at Microsoft. Microsoft had sued both Google and Lee over the former exec's defection, saying he violated his noncompete agreement. The temporary restraining order will also prevent Lee from turning over any trade secrets or documents he got from Microsoft. In related news, Yahoo will probably hire this guy next week.
