A controller will cost US$59.99, while the Play and Charge rechargeable battery kit will cost US$24.99. They can be bought as a package for US$74.99. A new headset also costs US$24.99.

The Xbox One console, which costs AU$599, ships with a single controller.

There's been no official confirmation of pricing for these accessories in Australia. However, both EB Games and JB Hi-Fi have estimated costs listed on their respective websites.

Both retailers suggest that a wireless controller will cost AU$78, with both the Play and Charge kit and the headset costing AU$28 each.

Interestingly, neither site has the controller/charge kit bundle listed, although it does appear on the official Xbox One accessories store for Microsoft Australia.

In Australia, the PS4 is priced at AU$50 less than the Xbox One. The US pricing for the DualShock 4 controller is also US$59.99. Again, no local pricing has been confirmed, but EB Games is listing an AU$99 price tag for the PS4 controller.

CNET Australia contacted Microsoft Australia regarding the official local pricing, and we'll update when more information comes to hand.
