Microsoft Office:mac 2004 now has support until 2012
Microsoft has decided to continue support for one of the most popular application suites on the Mac, Microsoft Office:mac 2004 until 2012.

Microsoft has decided to continue support for one of the most popular application suites on the Mac, Microsoft Office:mac 2004 until 2012. Mainstream support, which includes security updates and bug fixes will continue until January 10, 2012. Mike Tedesco reports on the Mac Mojo: The Office for Mac Team Blog that although most users have upgraded to Office:mac 2008, several users continue to use Office:mac 2004 to take advantage of Visual Basic for Applications, a feature not included with 2008.
