Microsoft links security consultants to customers

Microsoft announced a new initiative to match up Microsoft-certified security consultants with customers who want to add more protection to their networks. The new Security Services Partners Program will maintain an online database of 44 consulting companies in 16 countries that can secure Microsoft networks. "As the global business community moves to a more connected world, security is becoming a top priority," Jason Matusow, a product manager with the Microsoft Security Response Center, said in a statement.
