Microsoft has acquired a program designed to accelerate the installation of its Axapta business software, the company announced on Tuesday.
Microsoft partner En'tegrate Software developed the program, called ERP Complete, and sold it to Microsoft for an undisclosed sum. ERP stands for enterprise resource planning--software that helps companies with accounting, staffing, manufacturing and customer service. Because it's so complex, companies can spend years getting such software up and running.
