Logitech buys Labtec for $125 million

Logitech International--known for its mice, keyboards and gaming peripherals--on Wednesday announced it has agreed to buy Vancouver, Wash.-based Labtec in a cash and stock deal worth about $125 million. Labtec specializes in speakers and audio equipment and will allow Logitech to move in MP3 technology as well as incorporate voice command into certain products.
