Lane15 Software, a company working on software to manage networks of computers, storage systems and networking equipment joined with the InfiniBand communications standard, has named Mike Fitzpatrick its chief financial officer, the company said Tuesday. Fitzpatrick was CFO for several other companies, including ibooks.com, services company Collective Technologies and software company Frame Technology, whose initial public offering he managed.
