Kodak has announced its new EasyShare P712 camera, a 7-megapixel high-zoom camera with pro-end features. The P712 sports a 12X optical zoom lens with image stabilization, a hotshoe flash connector, raw/TIFF image support, and PASM modes. This camera looks like a high-end version of Kodak's EasyShare P850, its last-generation, 5-megapixel high-zoom performance camera. Hopefully, the P712 will fix the image problems that plagued its little brother. The EasyShare P712 will ship in July, with a suggested retail price of $499.
