KB Toys has expanded its relationship with Sears, becoming the exclusive toy supplier for Sears.com and taking over fulfillment for the site's toy and video game section, the companies said this week. KB Toys will also handle fulfillment for Sears' Wish Book holiday catalog.

Sears.com will now feature more than 2,500 toys and video games. Several brands, including LeapFrog, Radio Flyer and NeuroSmith, will appear for the first time on Sears.com. In addition, the deal calls for KB Toys to open new stores-within-a-store at up to 77 Sears retail locations. It also gives KB the right to sell a new line of toys based on the Sears' Craftsman tool brand.
