Technically Incorrect offers a slightly twisted take on the tech that's taken over our lives.
Reinventing yourself is rarely easy.
Former Republican candidate Jeb Bush, however, may have made progress.
It seems only a lifetime ago that Bush was the subject of Donald Trump's playground piffle.
Trump labeled him "low energy," and Bush wasn't quite sharp enough to retort that America is suffering from an energy crisis that Trump would be sure to exacerbate.
So he found himself on the outside, an unusual place for a member of the Bush family.
At Sunday's Emmys, however, he made a glorious reappearance. As Jimmy Kimmel was in desperate search of his Uber, he discovered Jeb moonlighting as an Uber driver (video below).
Well, technically not "moonlighting," as Bush admitted he's in-between jobs right now.
"Did you know you can make $12 an hour driving for Uber," Bush told a startled Kimmel.
The comedian explained that he was in a hurry, as he's nominated. Bush wondered what that felt like.
"If you run a positive campaign, the voters ultimately will make the right choice," Bush advises.
Kimmel is moved by this. Bush is forced to explain this was a joke.
Bush even manages to make fun of his own exclamation point logo that was punctuated by so much humor when it emerged.
This was a fine Bush performance. He showed excellent comedic timing.
I wonder how many Republicans watching the Emmys wistfully sighed that their nominee's humor is a little less forgiving and refined than that of the man they so summarily rejected.
