iPass amends IPO filing

iPass, which provides network and Internet services to businesses and other providers, amended on Tuesday a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that sets the terms of its initial public offering. The Redwood Shores, Calif.-based company plans to offer 7 million common shares priced between $9 and $11 each, according to the filing. It did not give a date for the IPO. iPass has granted its underwriters the right to purchase an additional 1.1 million shares to cover over-allotments.
