Financial software and services company Intuit on Wednesday released a new version of Quicken, its market-leading personal finance software. Quicken 2004 includes tools to streamline the process of setting up and coordinating bank, credit card and investment accounts and enhanced investment management services. New portfolio tracking tools automatically account for stock splits, dividends and other activities. A new 'financial overview" window allows users to quickly keep track of their net worth and other key figures.
Quicken 2004 is available in four packages, priced from $30 to $90. A version for Apple Computer's Macintosh operating system is available for $70.
