Intel iBooks in June?

Tech expert Michelle Thatcher grew up surrounded by gadgets and sustained by Tex-Mex cuisine. Life in two major cities--first Chicago, then San Francisco--broadened her culinary horizons beyond meat and cheese, and she's since enjoyed nearly a decade of wining, dining, and cooking up and down the California coast. Though her gadget lust remains, the practicalities of her small kitchen dictate that single-function geegaws never stay around for long.

Apple will begin selling Intel-based iBooks in June, according to a report from financial news network AFX News Limited, which is available on Forbes.com. The story is light on details, save one: the new iBooks will feature a 13.3-inch display. Is this the wide-screen iBook we've all been waiting for?

I also can't help but wonder how Jobs & Co. will christen the new laptops: iBook, MacBook, or something else entirely? Leave a comment and let me know what you think Apple's new 13.3-inch laptops will be called.
