Called BellSouth Buzz, the service will allow the telco's Internet cellular phone users to surf the Web using InfoSpace, according to an InfoSpace spokeswoman. The phones are currently in trial, and InfoSpace content will not be introduced until mid-October.

Yesterday, Excite@Home announced it will use AirFlash's wireless technology to attract users of non-PC devices. Other companies have similar initiatives, including online giant America Online's "AOL Anywhere" strategy and Yahoo's acquisition of Online Anywhere.
