Still on the fence about whether or not to pick up that shiny new Google Nexus 6P? That decision just got a little easier: the device is currently listed as out of stock in the Google Play Store.

We've spent a few days testing Google's new flagship phone, and things are looking good for the Nexus 6P . Developed by Chinese vendor Huawei, it's the first metal Nexus phone and has a 5.7-inch display with a 2,560x1,440-pixel resolution, a USB-C port and a fingerprint reader.

The phone is a bit large at 6.3 by 3 by 0.29 inches (159.3 by 77.8 by 7.3mm), and it weighs in at 6.3 ounces. Our performance tests show that the Nexus 6P can hold its own against other phones, though we've still got some testing to do: stay tuned for the full review.

If you're dead set on getting the Nexus 6P, you can always join the waitlist -- Google will send you an email when the device is back in stock. Just looking for a taste of Android Marshmallow ? Take a gander at the cheaper Nexus 5X : it's still in stock, but I'd recommend you move quickly. Just in case.
