iBook Logic Board issues

We continue to receive reports and confirmations of iBook (white series) logic board failures, and readers report many posts in Apple's iBook Discussions forums -- some deleted by Apple -- describing such problems. (Our initial article last week was one of the most commented stories of the year.)
