HuffPost RYOT will soon debut two new virtual reality shows, set to launch this fall on the Hulu VR app for the Oculus Rift and Samsung Gear VR headsets.
The first show is called "Virtually Mike and Nora." It's a VR comedy series written, directed and starring Nora Kirkpatrick from "The Office" and Mike O'Brien, a former cast member on SNL.
The show will reportedly make references to the viewer as its own character and at least one episode will feature O'Brien wearing (or growing?) a handlebar mustache.
Next up is "The Big Picture: News in Virtual Reality," a 10-part news series composed exclusively for virtual reality that will follow HuffPost RYOT co-founder Bryn Mooser and a team of journalists as they explore issues here and abroad.
According to Variety, one of the first episodes will report on a Dadaab refugee camp in Northern Kenya.
The two shows are the first to be announced after AOL acquired the virtual content studio earlier this year.
