HTC's rumouredsmart phone could be with us in a matter of weeks, fresh rumours suggest.
Mark 15 October in your calendars, tech fans, as that's the date that Android-centric site Android Central says it spied on Chinese-language blogging site Weibo, further claiming that the site tallies with its own anonymous sources.
Take that rumoured date with a pinch or two of salt, as there's no way of knowing yet whether it's genuine or not. It does broadly tally with anhowever, in which an HTC executive supposedly divulged that a variant of the HTC One was planned for the last three months of 2013.
HTC has already made a Mini version of its flagship smart phone, that we awarded a hearty four stars in our review, praising its gorgeous design and bright, bold display.
Suffice to say, then, that the thought of a great big HTC One is enough to get our blood pumping. The One Max isto sport a 5.9-inch 1080p screen, and an -esque fingerprint scanner, which is what that black blob under the camera in the photo above is reckoned to be.
HTC is having a, facing stiff competition from the likes of Samsung, which has just released its 5.7-inch .
Would you buy a larger HTC One? Or would you rather cuddle up with Samsung's latest mobile? Let me know in the comments, or on our Facebook wall.
