HTC is getting into the daily-deals business in Europe.

The company today announced a new service, called Best Deals, that aims at delivering "money-saving deals" to those who own HTC smartphones. According to HTC, the service is launching on the One X+, as well as the Windows Phone 8X and 8S, in November. Best Deals will also come to the HTC One X and One S in a future software update.

In order to get the service off the ground, HTC has partnered with a host of deals providers, including LivingSocial, which will deliver offers through Best Deals in four of the five markets it's launching in. Trip Advisor, Qype Deals, and Offerum, have also signed up to deliver specials to customers through Best Deals.

An increasing number of companies are jumping into the daily-deals space. In most cases, companies are partnering with deals providers, like LivingSocial, to deliver the services. Earlier this month, in fact, eBay launched a daily-deals service through a partnership with Signpost, which works with local businesses to offer specials.

HTC's Best Deals is launching in the U.K., Italy, Germany, France, and Spain. The company says that the service will have 1,700 deals and offers when it launches next month.
