HP to buy New Zealand consulting firm
Computer maker has agreed to acquire CGNZ, a New Zealand company with 180 employees.
Hewlett-Packard has agreed to acquire CGNZ, a New Zealand computer consulting firm, HP said Wednesday. The 180-employee consulting company specializes in enterprise resource planning, energy, health, manufacturing and local government, HP said.
Terms of the deal, expected to close within 30 days, were not disclosed. Upon completion of the buy, CGNZ will become part of HP Services' Consulting and Integration group, HP said.
