Now, all users -- not just Twitter -- can create a Twitter Moment.

A Moment is a collection of tweets, with or without pictures and videos, curated into a single timeline. Moments can range from updates on an NFL game, or major news events. And now, you can make one to be about anything you want. Create a Moment of your favorite jokes on Twitter, or a Moment full of of personal milestones, or even a concert with friends.

You have a couple of options when it comes to actually creating a Moment. Let's take a look.

To create a Moment through Twitter's website, visit Twitter.com/i/moments and then click on the Create new Moment button.

The next page will ask you to add a title, description and cover photo to your Moment. You then need to select tweets to include in the Moment from tweets you've liked, a specific account or by searching Twitter.

Click on the checkmark to the right of the tweet to add it to your Moment.

Another way to add a tweet to a Moment (or create a new one) is to click on the three-dot button underneath a tweet, then select Add to Moment or New Moment.

Within the Android and iOS app, there are a couple of different methods to create a Moment.

iOS users can tap on the Me tab, followed by the settings gear icon, then Moments to browse published or draft Moments, or create a new one. Android users will need to tap on the profile icon in the top-right corner or slide out the menu from the left side of the screen, then tap on My Moments.

You will need to add a title, description and add a cover photo to your Moment. Once that's done, tap Add Tweets to browse your own tweets, tweets you've liked, or search Twitter. Tap on a tweet to add it to a Moment.

On either platform, you can add tweets to a Moment -- before or after it's published -- by tapping on the overflow menu button, then selecting Add to Moment. On iOS, it's the down-arrow icon in the top-right corner of each tweet. On Android, you can long-press on a tweet or open it and tap on the three-dot menu icon.

Take a few minutes to go through your Moment, make sure everything is arranged as you'd like. You can always edit or remove a Moment after it's been published, so don't stress too much about making it perfect. Lastly, Moments appears to include location information by default, but you can turn it off for each Moment you publish.

To remove location info when viewing a draft Moment, tap on More or Settings, then turn off location info. This is also where you go to mark a Moment as NSFW if appropriate.
