A former PayPal executive will become the new spokesman for the Homeland Security Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. Vincent Sollitto, PayPal's former vice president for corporate communications, will become the committee's communications director, its chairman said on Thursday. Sollitto worked from 1995 to 1996 as a spokesman for Rep. Chrix Cox, R-Calif., who recently became the chairman of the newly formed committee. eBay purchased PayPal last year, while Sollitto was still at the company.
