Holiday prep

We've turned back the clocks, and it's getting dark earlier, so it seems appropriate for small businesses affected by the holiday season to consider a few points about preparing for it. (If this is news to you, let's hope it's not already too late.)

Here are some tips: Make sure you have enough staff, get delivery vehicles serviced early before all the extra wear and tear, assume things will go wrong, and make sure the holidays don't destroy your personal life.
