HighDeal gets $3 million

HighDeal has closed a $3 million second round of funding, led by Newbury Ventures. Other investors include 3i, Innovacom, and CDC Innovation Partners. The Redwood Shores, Calif.-based company has raised a total of $19 million. HighDeal provides software targeted to telecommunications companies and Internet service providers.
