When our Greatest Gadget of the 21st Century tournament launched, we asked you to predict the winner of each head-to-head round. The picker who proved most prescient was promised a peachy prize of an Xbox 360 4GB with the Kinect motion-control system and Kinect Adventures game. Now that the first round of voting is over, we've created a leaderboard that shows who's made the most correct predictions so far.

Only two wizened seers -- Medisun and Varun Sharma -- have gained the maximum 19 points after the first week of voting. That includes 16 points for correctly predicting which gadgets would emerge victorious from each of 16 duels, and three points for answering the bonus competition question on the New Ford Mondeo page. Not many people have scored 18, 17 or 16 points, but plenty of people have scored 15, 14 or less.

Don't worry if you're not on the front page of the leaderboard at the moment, as there's still plenty of time to take the lead. In the second round of voting, you'll get two points per correct prediction; in the third, you'll get three; in the fourth, you'll get four; and you'll earn five points if you correctly identify the device that earns the Greatest Gadget crown.

That means there's potentially still 41 points to be won, so the Xbox Kinect prize bundle remains very much up for grabs. To ensure you stand the highest chance of winning as many points as possible, you might like to coerce your relatives, and perhaps even blackmail your postman, into voting in line with your good self. If you find your name on the leaderboard, click it to remind yourself of your picks.

Note that, if two or more people have the same number of points at the end of tournament, the winner will be whoever most closely predicted the percentage of votes cast for the winning gadget.

Get voting, and good luck!
