Grand Theft Auto V coming to PS4, Xbox One, and PC
Rockstar Games' 2013 megahit is coming to the latest gaming hardware with a graphical upgrade and the ability to transfer your progress from current consoles.
Grand Theft Auto V is coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC later this year.
The epic open-world crime saga set sales records when it was released on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in September 2013. Now, owners of the latest consoles will get to join in on the fun -- and PC gamers get to come along on the ride, too.
The news broke during Sony's E3 press conference, with the company touting that the game would "take full advantage of the power of PS4" and will feature enhancements and new details for users to discover. Rockstar's announcement clarified that the game will also be hitting Xbox One and Windows machines as well.
In addition to enhanced graphics and the inclusion of downloadable add-ons that have since been added to the game since its original release, the new version of GTA V will allow players to transfer their online progress and characters from the existing versions to the new one, regardless of which platform they're transitioning from or to.
Look for Grand Theft Auto V on PS4, Xbox One, and PC in the fall.
