A big battle between telecoms and the FCC is settled. Net neutrality is safe for now.

Back in 2015, the FCC reclassified broadband as a utility. Then the agency made rules to ensure all bits on the internet were treated equally. That would mean no special treatment for any kind of data. This led to telecoms and cable companies to sue the US government. Well, the battle is now over.

Meanwhile, Microsoft showed off a new initiative called "Xbox Play Anywhere" which links up Xboxes and Windows 10 PCs. Digitally buy an Xbox Play Anywhere game and you'll get access to both the Windows 10 version and the Xbox version.
