Glitch hits Citibank unit's site

A service upgrade to Citibank's online payment service has left customers unable to check their account balances online this week. Some customers of the service, C2it, have also reported receiving false requests to send money to other customers. C2it plans to have the balance area of its site upgraded and the glitch fixed by early next week, a company representative said. In the meantime, customers can call the company's customer service department for balance inquiries.
