Today, we're proud to announce a massive upgrade to our site search. We listened to the mountains of feedback you gave us on our old search, and spent months sweating over search algorithms and lines of complex code to bring you the fastest, most user-friendly and accurate search CNET UK has ever had.

The search interface has been totally redesigned, with new left-hand filters designed to make it easier to refine your search results.

Simply click the headings to add the filter to the search -- if you add more than one, you can remove them in any order, which is rather clever, we think. You can use them to see things such as all the mobile phone-related content on the site, or anything published in the past seven days, or articles written by a specific author, such as Nate Lanxon.

Even better, you can create a specific RSS feed for any search term. You will find a link next to the 'Date', 'Relevance' and 'Popularity' buttons towards the top of the page.

One of things we're really excited about is that user reviews, Crave comments and forum posts are now shown alongside our articles, so all the great stuff you put on the site is more findable than ever.

Please type something in the big box at the top of the page and let us know what you think of the fruits of our labours in the comments below. Stuck for ideas? Try one of our most popular searches on the site, iPhone, or go to http://www.cnet.co.uk/search/ to see what the most popular searches are on the site right now.
