Canadian firm Geosign, whose Web properties include DietNation.com, ThinkFashion.com, CosmeticSurgeryInsider.net and TheRenewablePlanet.com, has closed $160 million in private financing from American Capital Strategies. Geosign, based in Guelph, Canada, and founded in 2000, is focused on online publishing and targeted search.
