Dear Molly & Lindsay,

I just wanted you to know your podcast (Episode 103: The Spy Episode) literally nearly caused a huge accident on the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday (Tuesday) morning. If it weren't for some fancy footwork and quick steering, things would have been much worse. I even had to lie a little bit to get out of some trouble there.

Anyway, I normally listen to you, Molly, on BuzzOutLoud--this was my first foray into Gadgettes. I was mostly experimenting because it was Albert's last day and I wanted to listen to as many podcasts as possible to see if he would say something or not (yes, I am a bit of an obsessive fan). Anyway I am driving along and totally talking to the radio at you guys (I am totally pro kid leashes btw, I have a 3 year old) and laughing along. To make a long story short, you guys got to the segment about the Womanizer Pink Shaver/Vibrator thingy, which in itself brings all kinds of weird hilarious imagery to my head, and I am sort of starting to loose it while trying to negotiate traffic, when Molly said "Is it for the area?" in that voice only Molly can say things in...and I just started to literally convulse with laughter. I mean to the point where I could have peed myself a little bit. The car in front of me came to an abrupt stop and I was just a little too slow to slam on my brakes, but I was able to turn the wheel enough to not slam into him full force, but to turn the car off to the left a little and just give him a nice little shake up tap.

Well, this big dude got out of his car all puffed-up like he was going to tear my head off if his car was damaged, so I thought quickly and grabbed my asthma inhaler off the dash and popped it into my mouth like I was taking a hit. Yes, I pulled the asthma card! I have never used it before so it was about time I took it out and walked it around a bit. After all, I didn't want my excuse for hitting him to be that I was laughing at the pink womanizer vibrator shaver thingy. Anyway, he checked out his car, came over to me and asked if I was OK, I told him I felt an asthma attack coming on and wasn't able to stop in time. He totally gave me the lame invalid look, and went back to his car very much deflated and drove off.

Lessons learned: never listen to Gadgettes while operating heavy machinery! But also, you have a new fan, keep up the great work. I love the show even when it's getting me into trouble.
