FLASH! Power On Software buys QUALCOMM's Now Utilities

It's a done deal. Power On Software, makers of Action Utilities, have announced that they have acquired the rights to Now Utilities from QUALCOMM. Power On will provide technical support to all Now Utilities owners and provide a special upgrade path to its own Action Utilities products. There will not be any further updates to Now Utilities.

Meanwhile, Action Files 1.1 is "very close" to being released.
